Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a chattering preventing circuit which can secure a large amount of the output current with no increase of the low-level voltage by adding the FF comprising the inverter and the transistor plus the switch means along with the addition of the wiring and the alteration of the using elements. CONSTITUTION:With make of mobile terminal C of switch 7 to the side of fixed terminal No, the FF consisting of NAND circuits 8 and 9 reverses with output 12 turned to the low level. Then the low-level sink current flows to the earth through terminals No and C, and thus the maximum sink current can be flowed enough by the amount equivalent to the current capacity of switch 7 with no limitation by the maximun sink current of NAND circuit 9. Thus the element of a small allowance current capacity can be used. And output 12 has no change although the chattering occurs at the side of terminal No since the FF suppresses output 12 to a low level. The output end of circuit 9 floats up from the earth while the chattering occurs at the change-over time of switch 7 and terminal C is apart from terminal No, and as a result the sink current flows to circuit 9.
