CONSTITUTION: This alloy consists of, by weight., 0.30W0.60% C, 0.05W2.00% Si, 0.50W2.00% Mn, ≤0.04% P, ≤0.04% S, 30.0W40.0% Ni, 23.0W28.0% Cr, 0.05W2.00% Mo, 0.50W2.50% W, 0.10W1.50% Nb, 0.05W1.00% Ti and the balance Fe. By especially adjusting the content of Ti+Nb among the added components to 0.5W1.0%, desirable results are obtd. Ti and Nb carbides formed improve the creep rupture strength together with Cr carbide. Mo and W effectively act to enhance the oxidation resistance and creep rupture strength and to enhance the creep rupture strength and carburizing resistance, respectively.
