The rubber base polymer occupies 4-25wt% of all resin with its glass transition temperature of <=0 deg.C, and the difference of refractive index is set to <=0.008 between the rubber base polymer phase and the matrix phase. This resin has the beam transmittance of >=87% for the used laser beam (He-Ne laser beam of 6328Angstrom ) at a thickness of 3mm. for the disk.
