Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a magnetic head core having a high performance, by laminating the sendust alloy thin strip and the alloy thin strip having a high magnetic flux density. CONSTITUTION:The 1st thin strip or thin piece is obtained by heating and melting the sendust alloy and then jetting the alloy between two rolls rotating in a high speed through the nozzle to then give it a quick cooling and solidifying plus rolling. The thin strip thus obtained is formed into a core shape with blanking etching, discharging and other processes. And the 2nd thin strip or thin piece is obtained by giving the same processes as the 1st thin strip to the alloy which is softer then the sendust alloy and with a high magnetic flux density. The <=100mum thin pieces thus obtained are laminated to form a magnetic head core.
