Abstract

PURPOSE: To assemble and manufacture partition plates lamination type heat exchanger with good efficiency by manufacturing partition plates of a heat exchanger which forms air passages through the lamination of the partition plates by a vacuum molding of thermoplastic resin sheets and then piling them up.
CONSTITUTION: A partition plate 8 having projections 7 which form grooves 9 respectively at the back side by vacuum molding of a poly vinyl chloride sheet softened by heating is formed. The partition plates 8 are piled up one another so that said projections 7 may not overlap each other. For instance, a projection 7a of one partition plate 8a abuts on another partition plate 8b to form a gap between both partition plates 8a and 8b, thereby forming a wind passage 8 between the partition plate 8a and a groove 9b at the back side of the projection 7b of the partition plate 8b. The wind passages a and b thus formed by piling up the partition plates in order are supplied a different air respectively and the heat exchange is performed through the partition plates 8a and 8b. Thus, the assembling of the heat exchanger can be performed easily and efficiently.
