Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture process by eliminating the need for a sound absorbing material while making it possible to use a material thin in plate thickness by forming foaming layers on plates by bonding a foaming liquid previously and by fabricating plates having foaming layers formed. CONSTITUTION:To constitute a loudspeaker box, plate materials 1 are used and foaming liquid 2 is applied on surface of plate materials 1 which becomes internal surfaces of the loudspeaker box. Next, plate materials 1 applied with foaming line 2 are left as they are at the normal temprature or high temperature and a certain time later, foaming layers 3 are naturally formed on plate materials 1. Plate materials 1 having those foaming layers 3 formed are fabricated in sequence to obtain loudspeaker cabinet 4 as an acoustic enclosure. Thus, the strength and vibration Q of plates of loudspeaker cabinet 4 can adequately be adjusted by freely selecting the hardness, foaming magnification and thickness of foaming layers 3 and while a material thin in plate thickness can be used, a sound absorving material is disused, so that the manufacture process will be simplified.
