Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a speaker diaphragm, which is light and high in rigidity, by combining two frames, which are made of metal foils formed with a number of projections, and by adhering a surface material to at least one of the sides of the frames. CONSTITUTION:Metal foils 5 of alluminum, beryllium or the like are molded to form frames 7 and 7' formed with a number of projections 6 at a preset spacing. The resultant frames 7 and 7' are combined such that their projections are interposed between the projections 6' of the other. Surface materials 8 and 9 are adhered to the side of the frames to produce a speaker diaphragm. Incidentally, the surface material may be adhered to one side.
