Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve productivity by simple constitution by a method wherein a plural pair of cores holding a cylindrical coil are projected from both ends of the coil only by necessary dimensions more than length in the axial direction of the coil in the DC reactor to which the cores are radially mounted. CONSTITUTION:A plural pair of cores consisting of inside cores 11 and outside cores 12 each contacted at the inside and outside of the cylindrical coil 1 are radially arranged to the coil 1. The cores of each core pair are mutually clamped in the radial direction of the coil by means of nonmagnetic bolts 14 and nuts 15 through seats 13 for clamping, and the cores are pressure-welded and fixed to the coil. The cores 11, 12 are lengthened only by necessary dimensions more than length in the axial direction of the coil 1, and the H1 parts are each projected from both ends of the coil. The projecting parts H1 from gaps g among the cores at both sides, and parts H2 contact with the coil of the cores. Thus, the structure of the cores is simplified, the mutual welding work of the cores is removed, and productivity is improved.
