Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten the positioning time of a coil piece by superposing a plurality of sheet-shaped armature coil members, thereby eliminating a coil piece aligning and disposing work. CONSTITUTION:The parts to form a coil piece 2 are regularly disposed, and the inner and outer radial parts of coil piece arrays are integrally connected to form an armature coil member 1. Then, the armature coil members are mutually insulated and superposed fixedly, the inner and outer radial parts of the superposed members are electrically secured, and the inner and outer radial parts are cut between the coil pieces, thereby forming a coil as a whole. In this manner, a plurality of armature coil members are superposed so that they are not separated until they are integrally secured. Accordingly, it can eliminated the steps of aligning and disposing the respective coil pieces with a jig as has been practiced in the conventional process.
