Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure a core and an outside plate by one time of welding and improve work properties, by placing a core lamination jig inside to make a core by lamination, fitting the outer plate on the peripheral part of the core and welding the prescribed parts of the outside plate. CONSTITUTION:A core lamination jig 1 is placed inide to make a core by lamination. A cylindrical outside plate 3 is fitted on the peripheral portion of the core as the core is compressed in the axial direction. The outside plate 3 and the laminated core 2 are molten from the outside of the welded portions 4 of the outside plate 3 so that the elements of the laminated core are welded and secured on one another and on the outside plate 3 at one time. The core is thereafter separated from the core lamination jig 1. Thus, only one time of welding work is needed and work properties are improved.
