Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high DC voltage in proportion to a control voltage by a method wherein an AC signal peak value is controlled by an exterior control voltage and an integral doubler voltage rectification is performed on the above output. CONSTITUTION:An e1 is outputted from square wave oscillation circuits 6-10 which include an operational amplifier 10 and it is inputted to limitter circuits 11-16 which include an operational amplifier 16. And after changing a control voltage e4, an e2 is outputted by changing a negative direction peak voltage of a square wave. A doubler voltage rectification is performed on the above output e2 using doubler voltage rectifying circuits 17-20 and an e3 consisted of an output Ea+Eb is outputted. The above constitution is useful when performing an AGC on a load circuit taking advantage of a source voltage on a load circuit and the like requiring a high tension current, and it is suited to miniaturization of products and also in making into an IC.
