Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable continuous operation of an ozonizer with a sound electrode at the time of an accident by putting a capacitor between the high voltage fuse and the power source of the ozonizer so that the high voltage fuse of an accident circuit is fused and broken by the intermittent power of the capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: Capacitor 16 previously charged with a power source (not shown) and on-off contact 17a are set in series between high frequency power source 6 and high voltage fuse 5 of an ozonizer circuit of a conventional method consisting of source 6, boosting transformer 10, equivalent circuit capacitor 14, etc. When a short circuit accident occurs, contact 17a is closed to connect capacitor 16, and normal operation time output regulator 18 is changed to accident time output regulator 19 by switch 17b to give output suitable for settling the accident. On the other hand, fuse 5 is fused and broken by energy intermittently outputted owing to the charge of capacitor 16. Without requiring a complex expensive circuit of a conventional method continuous operation of the ozonizer is enabled with other sound electrode.
