PURPOSE:To realize efficiently communication on equal terms and so on utilizing the satellite communication line, by storing addresses of transmission and receiving stations in the address storage part in the transmission station and by storing information required for address control in the address conrol part. CONSTITUTION:Only the address part is extracted from input signal line 601 and is stored in buffer 61 for address part storage. Next, it is decided whether a group address is used or not by deciding circuit 62; and if it is used, the use of the group address is reported to detecting circuit 64, and it is decided whether the receiving command or response concerns the communication of 1 to 1 or the communication of 1 to n, and the decision result is output to signal line 602. Only when receiving deciding circuit 65 receives the report indicating that addresses cannot be collated from detecting circuits 63 and 64, circuit 65 outputs the indication, which rejects the receiving command or response, to signal line 605.
