PURPOSE:To cope with the request from a terminal controller immediately, by storing data, which can be processed, in a storage buffer and by transmitting it preferentially by the request from the terminal controller. CONSTITUTION:Input data is inputted to a data controlling circuit 21, and meaningless data is stored in a transmission buffer 12, and useful data is stored in a buffer 22. When request information of processing data from a terminal controller 1 is received by a reception controlling circuit 15, it is analyzed and is stored in a receiving buffer 17. This data is read out by a reception buffer controlling circuit 25 and is transmitted through an OR circuit and a transmission controlling circuit 14. In this case, a transmission buffer controlling circuit 13 is inhibited by the output of a reception buffer controlling circuit 23 to switch transmission of contents of the transmission buffer 12 to transmission of contents of the reception buffer 17.
