And the part outputs a write instruction signal 15, and collates the paper size signal 14 inputted from the recording part 2 with the original size signal, and outputs the readout instruction signal 16 when they coincide. The storage part 4 stores the picture signal 11 from the communication control part 1 by the write instruction signal 15 from the control part 3 in order, and supplies a stored signal to the storage part 2 by the readout instruction signal 16. Thereby, it is possible to read out and record the picture signal when the recording paper of A4-size is supplemented in a case where an original of, for example, A4-size is transmitted from a transmission side and the recording paper of A4size in recording is used up at a reception side.
