Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to effect a valve switchihg without causing an output fluctuation of a generator by a method wherein an output of the generator is detected and is compared with a preset valve switching load signal while a valve controlling portion is controlled automatically by a deviation signal thereof.
CONSTITUTION: When a turbine 5 is actuated until a valve switching load, a contact 18 is opened. On the other hand, steam regulating valves 3, 4 of the turbine 5 are fully opened until the valve switching load and the turbine is controlled by a main steam stop valve 2, therefore, an outlet side steam pressure of the valve 2 becomes lower than an inlet side steam pressure thereof and a pressure difference detector 13 is operated, thereby, contacts 13a, 13b are closed and the same 13c is opened. Accordingly, a closing signal is input into a valve controller 8 and the steam regulating valve 4, 3 are choked in their openings gradually. When the openings thereof become conditions corresponding to the valve switching loads, a pressure difference between fore and aft of the valve 2 is decreased and a detecting pressure of the pressure difference detector 13 becomes lower than a preset value, the contacts 13a, 13b are opened and the same 13c is closed, consequently, the valve 2 is fully opened by the valve controller 7.
