Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a gas pump by giving kinetic energy to transmitted gas with the assistance of spraying nozzle installed near the inlet for transmitted gas which is spurted in a transmitted direction.
CONSTITUTION: High-pressure liquid pressurized by liquid pump 9 is conducted to conducted to spraying nozzle via conductor pipe 1 and is sprayed into the inner void 4 of casing 3. Through this spraying operation, liquid moves at high velocity in the form of misty particle through the inner void 4, colliding with the molecules of transmitted gas. In this way, transmitted gas is given kinetic energy. The transmitted gas receives energy in an arrow direction from right to left and is sent out of the outlet 6. When the liquid particles which gave kinetic energy to the transmitted gas is recovered as liquid, a net 8 is provided across a flowing gas, separating liquid from gas. In this way, liquid is returned to a recovery route through the liquid outlet 7. Thus the pump does not require any movable part and can be constituted entirely with corrosion-resistant material.
