Abstract
PURPOSE:To equalize electric impedance viewed from a terminal to the DC resistance value of a voice coil, by adding a constant-resistance forming circuit to a loudspeaker unit. CONSTITUTION:The constant-resistance forming circuit is formed of the series circuit made of coil 15, capacitor 14 and resistance 17, capacitor 14 connected in parallel to the series circuit, and resistance 13 connected in series to the parallel circuit. The thus formed constant-resistance forming circuit is connected across the voice coil of loudspeaker unit 7 and values of various elements of the constant- resistance forming circuit are set to equalize electric impedance, viewed from terminals 1, to pure resistance, so that the impedance viewed from terminals 1 can be equalized to the DC resistance value of the voice coil.
