Abstract

Thereafter, the solenoid valve 7 is closed and a solenoid valve 8 is opened, and the fluid is ejected by the work of the diaphragm 3, and then, the solenoid valve 8 is closed. By repeating this process, the pump functions, and by controling the cycle, a quantity of flow is controled. Namely, by setting a program, which computes the quantity of flow by the microcomputer 10, determines a cycle and instructs commands, on the computer, a certain quantity of flow can be supplied.
