Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the unevenness of lamination by a method wherein a blank material, a shaft hole and the key way of the shaft hole portion thereof are successively shifted by a fixed angle in the longitudinal direction of a coiled material and holes are punched and laminated after a solt groove for winding is punched in the next process. CONSTITUTION:When a core material is sent, a punch 2 for punching a shaft hole and a key way punch 6 all fixed to the punch 2 fall, and the punching of the shaft hole and key way is completed. When a upper die rises, signals are transmitted to a pulse motor 3, and the punch 2 for punching the shaft hole is turned at a fixed angle. Punching is successively conducted in the same manner, and a punched plate is obtained which the key way of the shaft hole is successively shifted every fixed angle in the longitudinal direction of a coiled material. A slot groove for winding is punched using the shaft hole and the key way as the reference in the next process, and a core is being laminated. Thus, the deviation of laminating is eliminated, the accuracy of winding work is improved while the unbalance of magnetic flux density, etc. is removed, and electric characteristics can be enhanced.
