Abstract

PURPOSE:To finely disperse and dispose respective components under a uniform temperature distribution with less presure losses by disposing the segmental conical bodies of the specific shape held between the two blocks having passage holes for mixtures on the front and rear surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The fluid mixture continuously containing a small number of components are divided to a laminar shape by segmental mixing devices 18 provided with respectively varying segmental spiral vanes 19, after which they are admitted into this static type dispersion mixing device 1, then the fluid having reached the lead-in hole 13 of the lead-in side block 3 is dispersed by the radial grooves 10 formed on a conical body 6, passes through the intersected spiral grooves 8, 9 of the cylindrical part 5 and is finely dispersed and blended simultaneously by being repeatedly divided by the branch parts 9a. The fluid is then converged by the other conical body 6 and is led out. It is possible to provide a heater in said cylindrical part 5, and further the segmental paths are formed near the fluid passage 17 and this makes temperature controlling easy.
