Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a construction, in which liquified gas discharged in the liquid form from a liquified gas source is gasified by mixing a gasifying gas into the form of fog and only the gasified gas is suplied at a predetermined superlow temperature to a demand side duct. CONSTITUTION:In this superlow temperature gas supply device, liquified gas is gasified by an evaporator 11 provided with a heater 18, and with the issuance of gasifying gas the liquid gas is mixed with the gasifying gas into the form of fog. At this time, the rate of flow of the liquified gas through branch ducts 5a and 5b can be appropriately adjusted so that gas at a desired low temperature may be quickly supplied to the demand side and that the temperature of the gaw may be held at a predetermined value. Also, when the gas temperature is changed depending upon the status of the use on the demand side, the heating of the heater 18 can be adjsuted so that low temperature gas at an optimum temperature may be supplied. Further, when liquid in the form of fog is contained in the gas, the temperature of a separation chamber 14 can be adjusted to supply only perfect low- temperature gas to the demand side.
