Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize an oscillator that requires electric adjustment by providing a cover, hermetically sealing a piezoelectric vibrator, on one surface of a hybrid IC substrate and by providing another cover, protecting electric parts requiring adjustment, on the other surface. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of base 31 of ceramics, piezoelectric vibrator 32 is provided and on the opposite surface, circuit pattern 33 including hybrid IC and electric parts, etc., 34 requiring adjustment are provided. Then, piezoelectric vibrator 32, after being incorporated, is hermetically sealed with cover 36 under vacuum or at the normal pressure. Further, the side where electric parts, etc., 34 reside is covered with protective cover 38 with adjustment hole 39.
