Abstract

In this case, when the operation part decides that the measured water content MS is larger than the value which has added 1 to the previous average water content, and the measured water content MS to be decreased with time has become larger than the previous calculated average water content by 1% or more, the previous calculated average water content is regarded as the present calculated average water content, by which measurement of the water content can be executed exactly.
