PURPOSE:To meet easily requirements as to a limiter circuit by providing an open stub near required diodes while increasing diodes in number and then by adjusting the stub according to fluctuations of the junction capacity of diodes. CONSTITUTION:On the dielectric substrate, microstrip lines 1, 2 and 3 are formed and in parallel to those strip lines 1, 2 and 3, limiter diodes 4 and 5 are provided at an interval of finite electric length by bonding wires 6-9. Further, open stub 16 adjusting fluctuations of the junction capacity of diodes 4 and 5 is attached to strip line 2 near diodes 4 and 5. Then, the size of stub 16 is adjusted so as to permit characteristic impedance Za of strip lines 1, 2 and 3, electric length thetaa and the junction capacity of diodes 4 and 5 to meet requirements that while the stationary wave ratio is minimized at the time of a small signal, isolation is maximum at the time of a large signal, thereby compensating the variance of the junction capacity of diodes 4 and 5.
