Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the conductor loss as well as secure the desired coupling properties in a high accuracy by reducing surfficiently the thickness of the 1st conducting film. CONSTITUTION:Each strip line of the strip line filter is composed of comparatively thin conducting film 21 of about 5000Angstrom plus comparatively thick conducting film 22 of about 5mum. The coupling properties of these strip lines is secured primarily by film 21 which is formed more accurately, and the conductor loss is reduced by thick film 22 each. These films 21 and 22 can use all types of different or same kind electric conductors as the material.
