Abstract

PURPOSE: To make dispersion and contact state of a gas with a culture solution well, by equipping ejectors which are furnished with inlets for sucking liquid at the tips of nozzles jetting the gas under pressure in such a way that the jetting directions are made tangential directions based on an imaginary circle which is drawn inside the culture tank.
CONSTITUTION: The ejectors 5 which are furnished with the inlets 8 for sucking liquid at the tips of the nozzles 7 are made to pass through the side wall of the culture tank 1, and equipped at constant intervals in peripheral directions in such a way that the central lines of the ejectors 5 are made to be placed in the tangential directions based on the imaginary circle 9. These ejectors are equipped in several steps vertically. When a gas under pressure is made to blow in the culture solution 10 from the inlets 6 for blowing, the inlets 8 for sucking liquid are made to be in negative pressure by the flow of the gas, and the culture solution is sucked so that the gas and the solution are mixed, and the gas becomes foams, which are diffused uniformly in the solution.
