Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise the efficiency of treatment by improving the stirring of a surface treatment apparatus by providing an air supply pipe between the nozzle of a hydraulic pump and a pump for circulation so as to form countless fine bubbles in a treating liquid passing through the hydraulic pump by sucking up the open air.
CONSTITUTION: In a metal surface treatment apparatus, the wall 1 of an anodizing apparatus, for example, is provided with a plural number of ports 2 which are connected to the pump 5 through the connecting port 3 for circulation and the pipe 4 provided on the bottom. The pipe 4 is tipped with the hydraulic pump 6 through which a treating liquid from the discharge part 11, containing fine bubbles, is jetted onto an object (c) to be treated inside the tank 1. The hydraulic pump 4 is provided with the tapered discharge path 11 on the tip of its discharge pipe 7 and the open air suction pipe 13 is connected to the pump chamber 8 after the nozzle 9 through the the air suction port 12, through which compressed air from the air supply pipe 14 is sent to the liquid supply path 10 through the regulating valve 15 and the check valve 17 in order or raise the efficiency of bubbling. Also, on the liquid supply port 7' of the liquid supply path 10, the stirring blade 16 by which passing liquid is swirled and then mixed with air is provided. Thus, the stirring efficiency in the tank 1 is raised and the treating liquid is made to act uniformly on the object (c) to be treated.
