Retainer rings 11, 12 such as E-shaped retainer rings or the like are mounted in the vicinity of the outside of the bearings 7, 8 at both sides, and the rotor 3 is axially positioned. In this manner force of pulling direction may not be applied to the brackets 5, 6, the brackets 5, 6 are not apprehended to be disassembled. A washer or the like is interposed as required, and the end play can be adjusted simultaneously upon assembling thereof.
