Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve an operation efficiency by a method wherein a rotary shaft is subjected to a balancing adjustment with a rotor, a flywheel provided with a notch or through hole on its outer periphery and an intermediate bracket installed thereon, and then it is incorporated straight in a frame. CONSTITUTION:After a rotor 2 is fixed on a rotary shaft 1, and a rotary unit of a clutch motor is assembled by press-fitting bearings 4, 6, mounting then an intermediate bracket 7 on the bearing 6 and fixing a flywheel 3 on the rotary shaft 1 apart in a given interval from the intermediate bracket 7. With the intermediate bracket 7 incorporated therein, the rotary shaft is subjected to a balancing adjustment, and then the intermediate bracket 7 is fixed on a frame 5 of the clutch motor through a connector 8. The intermediate bracket 7 is thus fixed on the frame 5 with a notch or a through hole provided on the outer periphery of the flywheel 3 adjusted to the position of a fitting hole for the intermediate bracket 7.
