Abstract
PURPOSE:To aim at radial miniaturization as maintaining a vibro-isolating effect by constituting a connecting member, connecting one side of a fan rotor to a casing of a rotator, with sticking surfaces at both side plate and rotator sides and an elastic cylinder part connecting both these sticking surface to each other in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A crossflow fan suitable for a room machine of an airconditioner is constituted of attaching a rotator 4 to a side plate 2 of a fan rotor 1 via a connecting member 3 and inserting a fixed shaft 6, to which a stator 5 is tightly attached, into this rotator 4. And, an end face of an end bracket 7 fixed to a right end of the fixed shaft 6 is clamped to a side plate 8 of a fan housing or a mounting face inside the room machine. The rotator 4 consists of plural pieces of permanent magnets 20 to be set up along the inner circumferential surface of a cupped casing 15 and a cover body 25. In this case, the connecting member 3 is constituted of a side plate sticking surface 13 and a rotator side sticking surface 14 and an elastic cylinder part 12 connecting both these sticking surfaces 13 and 14 to each other in the axial direction, thus a high vibro-isolating effect in a miniature structure is secured.
