Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the reaction unit for high temperature and high pressure, by using the conductive inner and outer tubes as the heater element being the load circuit to voltage, in the electric heating reactor for chemical reaction of high temperature and high pressure. CONSTITUTION:The insulator 4 is provided between the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 4 being the supply path of the reacting raw material 8, and one end 5 of the inner and outer tubes 1, 2 is electrically connected. Further, the respective another terminals are connected to AC power input 4 to obtain the heater being the load circuit to voltage. The inner tube 1 is insulated from external part with the insulation flange 13 and it is inserted so that the terminals of the inner and outer tubes 1, 2 are located outside the reactor 7. When the AC voltage is applied, the heating of the inner tube 1 heats the reacting raw material 8 passed, and the heating of the outer tube 2 mainly heats the content of reaction 9 around the tube 2. Further, as the inner tube 1 and outer tube 2, the type of material different in the magnetic characteristics is used, and the thickness of either one is shallower than the depth of skin of SC current determined with electric and magnetic characreristics of tube material and AC power frequency.
