Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the magnetic characteristics through two-layer construction of magnetic substance layer and to obtain high maximum output at low frequency band, by forming the magnetic coating film layer taking the cobalt as the main component on the substrate and forming the ferromagnetic metal thin layer.
