Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove an offensive smell component and to obtain a clean air without needing after-treatment, by aerobically digesting the offensive smell component in the absorbent and recirculating the absorbent after absorbing said component by the medical fluid absorbing process and removing it.
CONSTITUTION: Offensive smell gas generated from the generating source 1, is introduced into the absorption tower 2 and is contacted with the absorbent from the absorbent vessel 8 by jetting said absorbent from the spray nozzle 5 and then, the offensive smell gas is absorbed in the absorbent. Then, the gas leaving behind the offensive smell gas yet and the absorbent, are sent to the digestion decomposition tower 3 and said absorbent is sprayed on the inhabiting layer 7 inhabited the aerobic bacteria from the spray nozzle 14. Thereupon, the offensive smell component is digested and decomposed by the digestive bacteria in the layer 7 and the gas is deodorized also. After that, digested and decomposed absorbent is returned to the vessel 8 again. Thus, after-treatment of medical fluid absorbing method is made unnecessary and an effective deodorization is performed.
