Abstract
PURPOSE:To minimize the shape of a coil formed and the dispersion of its assembly and perform an automatic production of the coil in uniformly high accuracy, by allowing a respective pair of conductive patterns to mutually intersect at right angle and to form the coil on inner and outer circumferential surfaces of a cylindrical insulator. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical insulator 3 made of plastic is correctly moved in longitudinal and rotary directions to perform a printing and applying work of conductive ink from a fixed pen point by the method of, for instance, ink jet onto outer and inner circumferential surfaces of a cylindrical bobbin. Then each of the pairs of saddle-shaped vertical and horizontal deflecting coils 4, 5 having an accurate winding pattern from a start point S to a final point F is formed by allowing them to mutually cross correctly at right angle. In this way, a uniform and highly accurate deflecting yoke with a correct relation of mutual position of the coils can be manufactured through an automatic production at a good yield rate.
