Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the switching loss of the electric power semiconductor and thus attaining a high efficiency and high reliability, by preventing the occurrence of the spike noise caused by the exciting energy which is stored when the switching transistor conducts.
CONSTITUTION: The primary circuit comprises the 1st serial circuit of the DC power source E1, the diode D2, the primary winding L1 of the transformer T and the switching transistor Q1; the 2nd serial circuit of the power source E1, the 3rd winding L1 of the transformer T, diode D9 and the charge/discharge capacitor C9; and the 3rd serial circuit of the charge/discharge capacitor C9, the winding L1 of the transformer T and the transistor Q1 respectively. And the secondary circuit is formed by a serial connection given among the secondary winding L10 of the transformer T, the diode D10 and the smoothing circuit 3. In such constitution, the intensive spike noise caused when the transistor Q1 is off can be eliminated by the exciting energy which is stored in the transformer T. Thus the high-quality DC voltage can be supplied to the load. As a result, the switching loss of the electric power semiconductor can be eliminated, thus increasing both the efficiency and the reliability.
