Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable multiple sorts productions at small quantities by a method wherein an accuracy in a screw portion is maintained and a form having an outer surface of a desired configuration is enabled to be manufactured in manufacturing the thick-wall vessel-like synthetic resin form having a screw portion at a mouth piece thereof. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate product 1 smaller than a synthetic resin product to be manufactures is made beforehand excluding a mouth portion provided with a screw portion. The screw portion of the intermediate product 1 is clamped by a non heat conductive material 3 while a fixture 2 having a multitude of vent holes 2a is inserted into the intermediate product 1 and the intermediate product 1 is heated through the fixture 2 to a temperature higher than a deformation temperature and lower than a decomposition temperature of the synthetic resin. Successively, an outside pressure of the intermediate product 1 is reduced by discharging holes 4b bored in a female mold 4 having an outer configuration of a desired product at an internal surface 4a thereof and the intermediate product 1 is sucked and pressed against the internal surface 4a to form a synthetic resin product having the desired outer configuration.
