Abstract

PURPOSE: To mould by extruding synthetic resin material into a synthetic resin film bent in a cavity and fitted on the inner face of the cavity with the open end thereof contacted with an opposite side die for avoiding the separation and swelling of end edge portions.
CONSTITUTION: A decoration film mould 7 made in the same form as the inside of a cavity 5 by vacuum method is fitted in the cavity 5, and an end edge portion 8 of the film mould 7 is bent along a slide core 2 inside the open surface 6 of the cavity 5. Next, moulding is made by extruding synthetic resin material into the film mould 7 for obtaining mould 9 whose surface is covered with the film mould 7. Separation can be avoided since the end edge portions 8 of the film mould 7 is kept under the material extruded into the cavity 5 and the slide core 2.
