Abstract
PURPOSE: To avoid a sudden change of the pressure caused by the open/close of a specified branch tube, by keeping the opening of the fluid pressure control valve at the prescrived value according to the open/close in a mechanical way and only for a fixed period and then restarting the automatic control of the pressure.
CONSTITUTION: The sequence control circuit 19 sends an opening command to the cut-off valve 16B2 for the B2 purge as well as to the control gauge 17. Thus the automatic control of the gas pressure given by the gauge 17 is discontinued, and at the same time the master valve 18A is opened by a prescribed opening, e.g., the full opening and in a prescribed period, e.g., 10 seconds. After this, the automatic control of the gass pressure via gauge 17 is restarted. In case a closing command is sent to the cut-off valve 19B2 from the circuit 19, the command is sent also to gauge 17 to discontinue the automatic control of the gass pressure. At the same time, the vlave 18A is closed fully, and furthermore the slave valve 18B is also opened by a prescribed opening (e.g., 50%) and in a prescribed period (e.g., 5 seconds). Then the automatic control of the gas pressure via gauge 17 is restarted. As a result, the gas pressure control characteristics can be improved as shown by the dotted line.
