CONSTITUTION: Resin sealed semiconductor device 1 which is fed one by one onto the shoot 3 by an automatic feeding mechanism 2 is heated by a heating roll 5a of the heating mechanism 5, fir example, 300W350°C, the mold releasing agent is dispersed or carbonized on the mark adhering surface 1a, cleaned, then a desired mark printing is performed on the mark adhering surface 1a cleaned by a printing roll 4a of the printing mechanism 4. Adhering between the mark ink and the resin becomes solidified, resulting in producing a mark having a good quality.
