Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent diviation in a sleeve plate by pushing it downward from above being expanded by heat outside the outer surface of a printing roll set vertically after a hot melt type adhesive is heated and applied on the outer surface. CONSTITUTION:When a sleeve plate 8 comprising a metal multi-layer made for gravure printing is mounted on the outer surface of the roll R, a hot melt type adhesive is heated and applied on the outer surface thereof set vertical, on which the sleeve plate heated and expanded is pushed downward from above and securely bonded. It is preferable that a heat medium is circulated through the printing roll R to heat while the sleeve plate S is heated by heat transmitted from the printing roll R.
