Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate unbalance of air flow rate at the ejector inlet and stabilize functions by bisecting a chamber with a gas-permeable partition member and disposing a fan in one of them and an ejector in the other.
CONSTITUTION: The clean air 11 discharged from a fan 6 is once accumulated in the 1st chamber 16, after which the greater part thereof is sent to necessary portions via a blast duct 9 while cooling the motor of the fan 6; the remaining portion is supplied to the 2nd chamber 17 via a gas-permeable partition plate 15. Since the air supplied into the 2nd chamber 17 has been aligned to uniform flow in the process of passing the partition plate 15, it flows into an ejector 7 uniformly over its entire circumference. Here, it is desirable to use a porous plate having predetermined opening rate or a sound absorbing material having gas permeability as the above- described partition plate 15.
