PURPOSE:To improve a response characteristic, by making it easy to lower the output potential of the boot circuit, which is provided in a driving circuit, for an input signal and by making it difficult to lower the gate potential of the output- stage transistor for it. CONSTITUTION:The gate of transistor Q12 connected to the terminal 3 side of both capacitor C1 which is provided between the gate and the source of output-stage transistor Q7 is connected to input terminal A, and the potential of terminal 3 is easy to lower by the input signal. Transistors Q13 and Q14 provided between the gate of transistor Q7 and the drain of transistor Q6 constitute a Schmitt circuit, and the threshold voltage of transistor Q7 is raised effectively to blunt the response for the input signal of a narrow time width. Even if the signal of a minute pulse width is applied as the input, the voltage at both ends of capacitor C1 can be so controlled that the bootstrap effect may be effective, and it is secured that the output is raised to the power source level.
