Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a new destaticizer for photoreceptor using no corona discharging equipment, by providing the conductive material which is arranged with a fixed gap held for the photoreceptor surface through the developing solution and has the bias voltage applied. CONSTITUTION:When the surface of photosensitive drum 1 is charged uniformly with a prescribed polarity by corona discharging equipment 13, the optical image of the original to be copied is projected by picture exposing unit 2, and an electrostatic latent image corresponding to the original image is formed. This electrostatic latent image is developed by the developing solution of developing sauce 10 in developing unit 3, and the excess developing solution stuck to the surface of photosensitive drum 1 is removed by squeezing and destaticizing soller 11 which is rotated in the direction opposite to drum 1. Meanwhile, the surface of the photoreceptor in the second rotation reaches developing unit 3, and the developing solution is supplied again; and after the drum surface is destaticized by roller 11, the residual toner on the photoreceptor is removed by cleaning blade 12, thus terminating one copy cycle. Then, bias electric power source 17 is connected to destaticizing roller 11 through switch 16.
