A spacer 5 is inserted between the bobbins 3 and 4 at the optimum distance and both bobbins are fixed. In this constitution, since the output adjustment is easy, the specification is determined by the adjustment at the time of assemblying the parts, and the output is adjusted concurrently; the dispersion of the output can be decreased, and the dispersion of the values of other parts can be also absorbed.
