Abstract
PURPOSE: To raise the lubricating and sealing properties of a refrigerant compressor by a procedure in which part of oils present in a refrigerant gas is trapped in an oil trap chamber through an oil-separating chamber and an oil pressure is supplied through an oil path to a vane groove, and also a discharge chamber and the vane groove are connected through a gas path and a gas of a high oil tightness is sent.
CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant gas is directed from the working chamber S through the discharge chamber 22, the discharge path 24, and the through hole 31 into the oil-separating chamber 32, where part of oils present in the refrigerant gas is separated by the filter 33 and the other part is flowed into the refrigerating circuit and oils separated are trapped in the oil trap chamber 35 below the screen 34. The oils go through the oil hole 36 and the oil path 27 to the oil discharge hole 28 and then flow into each vane groove 18, and also on the other hand, when the vane 19 projects maximumly into the rotor 11 side, the gas hole 26 is opened to connect the vane groove 18 with the discharge chamber 22, through which discharged gas flows from the gas hole 26 into the vane groove 18. By sending the mixed gas of a high oil tightness, the lubricating and sealing properties of the compressor can be raised and also noise can be reduced.
