Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to set the temperature width arbitrarily in which the curved temperature and frequency change can be zeroed, by adjusting the plane azimuth and the ratio of size (diameter/thickness) of small sized circular type plate shape quartz oscillator. CONSTITUTION:If the plane azimuth is greatly cut off than the r' plane, that is, when the experiment is made with the plane azimuth of 7 deg.10' than the r' plane and with the ratio of size as 4.362 (in case of curve 1) or 4.359 (in case of curve 2), in case of the curve 1, the frequency change is zero over a wide temperature range (-10 deg.C-40 deg.C). Similarly, experiment is made with the plane azimuth of 4 deg.20' and 6 deg.55' from the r' plane, the frequency change can be zeroed over a wide temperature range.
