Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled moldings in excellent productivity by a method wherein a transcribing sheet to which a pattern is formed is molded by pressure air on an inner surface of a female mold, foaming polyurethane resin is injected and foamed and hardened, and the pattern is transcribed onto the surface of the moldings by foaming heat and foaming pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A transcribing sheet 5 obtained by forming the desired pattern to a filmy base material, such as a poyethylene film, a polypropylene film, etc. is fixed to a female mold 6 with the desired shape so that a pattern surface be located at the side reverse to the female mold 6, and molded by pressure air on an inner surface of the female mold 6. Foaming polyurethane resin 9 is injected, a male mold 10 is stacked, the foaming polyurethane resin 9 is foamed and hardened, foaming moldings are formed while the pattern of the transcribing sheet 5 is transcribed onto the surface of the foaming moldings by a self-adhering property of the foaming polyurethane resin 9 and foaming heat and foaming pressure generated in the case when the resin is foamed and hardened, the molds are removed, the filmy base material is exfoliated, and the surface is painted as necessary, thus obtaining moldings as an object.
