PURPOSE:To improve the wide angle radiation characteristics, by fitting a trigonal prism in which the cross section is triangle and the length along the longitudinal direction of a support is longer than the wavelength, on the surface of the support, and fitting a construction having a thickness smaller than the wavelength along each side in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:The shape of the cross section vertical to the longitudinal direction of a support 4 of a trigonal prism 10 is triangle, the lengthes of sides connected to the support 4 are equal to the width of the support 4, the lengthes of other two sides are longer than the wavelength respectively, and the length of the support 4 along the longitudinal direction is longer than the wavelength. Further, a construction 11 is a flat plate the thickness of which is smaller than the wavelength, one end of the flat plate is connected along the longitudinal direction of the trigonal prism 10, and other end is irregular sides longer than the wavelength. The construction 11 is fitted along three sides of the longitudinal direction of the trigonal prism 10 so that it is in parallel with a plane including a plane of the longitudinal direction of the support 4 and the progressing direction of plane waves 5. With this constitution, the wide angle radiation characteristics can be improved.
