Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare a molded part of high precision without using after-working like cutting of a runner etc. by a method wherein a gate is provided between a gate chip cavity and a cavity. CONSTITUTION:Molten resin material charged in the cavity is cooled and hardened to mold a synthetic resin molded part 60. Then, an adaptor plate 33 and a receiver plate 35 in an integral body are opened to a movable die 34, a tip 61 is taken out of the movable die 34 when the tip is attached to a sprue bush 36 and cut off by a cutting device out of the bush 36. Then, the movable die 34 is opened from a fixed die 31. An angular pin 40 is pulled out of the guide hole 38a of a slide die 38 as the pin is moving. Both the molded part 60 and the gate tip 62 in the gate tip cavity 53 are automatically cut. An ejector rod 41 operates, a knock pin 43 projects into the cavity and pushes out the molded part 60.
